Who can claim compensation for expenses related to the international registration of intellectual property?​

Small and medium-sized businesses, or individual entrepreneurs, registered on the territory of the Russian Federation who produce or export goods on the territory of the Russian Federation and who have concluded an agreement with the operator (that is, with a legal company) to provide services for registration abroad, can apply for grants.​

This amount was given to the customer of the Holdsway Law firm by Russian Export Center JSC as a subsidy for compensation of expenses related to the international registration of trademarks.

The expenses incurred by the client for payment of the state fee were fully compensated by Russian Export Center JSC; the amount of payment for services for the preparation of applications and records management was reimbursed in the maximum statutorily required amount of up to seventy percent of the actually paid.
